This unique belt is made of cotton broadcloth and backed in a light cotton twill.  The design is reminiscent of Lord Elrond's belt in Lord of the Rings.  It closes in the back with 6 grommets and is slightly flared to go over the hips comfortably.  Suitable for a woman or a man.
