Payments

Credit/Debit and Electronic Transfer - PayPal is our preferred method of payment.  You do not need to have an account to use the service, just follow the directions on the screen when you make your order.  PayPal allows us to track and ship your order efficiently and also offers protection for both of us during the transaction.

Checks/Money Orders - We also accept personal checks and money orders.  If you'd like to order from us and send a check or money order, just jot down what you'd like in a message, include you address, and send it off to us!  We'll send you a total and hold the items you are purchasing. Personal checks and money orders should be made out to "Laura Dodge" and sent to this address: 14920 Hwy 97, Ellensburg, WA 98926.  We will hold your order until checks clear our account, but money orders will ship as quickly as possible.  We ask that payment reaches us within 7 days of your purchase.  If we do not hear from you before then, we will assume you do not intend to purchase the items and will make them available to others.

Sales Tax - State sales tax will be applied to all Washington State sales.  PayPal will automatically add this to your order, but if you are sending a check or money order, please let us know you live in Washington so we can add it on manually.

Discounts/Wholesale - In certain circumstances, we will offer discounts on our garments, particularly for weddings, plays, or multiple outfit personal orders that are at least $200 before shipping.  We will consider all requests for wholesale purchases.

Time Payments - If you'd like to make payments on that special outfit you've always dreamed of, we would be happy to oblige!  Email to work out a payment plan.  Once we've received at least half of the total amount, we will purchase fabric and begin work.  When the final payment is made we'll ship your items out.  All payments are non-refundable.

Ordering

In Stock - Items listed on the main pages are pre-made and ready for immediate shipment.  These items are often one of a kind, made with different fabrics or variations in pattern.  Please be sure to check the sizing on clothing items to be certain they will fit you. Just click on the "add to cart" button to purchase an in stock item.

Made to Order - Order items made especially for you on the "made to order" pages.  Here you can choose sizes and colors for the items you'd like to have.  Fill out any required information and click on the "add to cart" button.  Delivery for Made to Order garments varies depending on our current workload.  If you need your items in a hurry, please contact us before purchasing to see if we can get your items done on time.

Custom Made - If you don't see an "add to cart" button for the particular item you are looking for, then it is a "custom order only" item - just drop us a message about what you are interested in and we'll talk with you about it!  Also, if you have a design in mind that you don't see on our pages - let us know!  We love working with our customers on creating that special look!

Rush Orders - We will always try to work with you if you have an "impossible" deadline!  Rush fees vary from $0 - $50, depending on the complexity of the order.

Shipping

US Shipping - We ship all items via USPS Priority Shipping with delivery confirmation to the US.  For rush orders we use USPS Express Mail.

International Shipping - We are happy to ship worldwide!  International orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority or Express.  Please email for shipping quotes.

Some items may be subject to special shipping charges.

We attempt to ship all pre-made items within 1 or 2 business days.  You should receive a notice from PayPal when the order is shipped.  Custom made and made to order items will take longer to ship, depending on our current workload and fabric availability.

Exchanges/Credits/Alterations

Please contact us if you are unhappy with your garment.  We want you to be delighted with your purchase, and we want you to look and feel good in it!  We will work with you to find a solution to the problem, be it an alteration, an exchange, or perhaps a credit for a later purchase.  Because many of the garments we sell are made of unique material, or to special measurements, we will deal with every situation individually.

Colors

These are the most common colors we carry. Sometimes they aren't available in the right fabric for your item or may be a somewhat different shade.
